The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled an Event Entitled: IFRS 9 Financial Instruments Explained Live Webcast
New York, NY, June 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled an event entitled: IFRS 9 Financial Instruments Explained Live Webcast this coming November 24, 2010 at 12:00pm to 2:00pm (ET)
IFRS 9 Financial Instruments will replace IAS 39 Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement. This Standard will be completed in three phases:
1. Classification and measurement of financial assets (IFRS 9 issued in November 2009)
2. Impairment methodology for financial assets (exposure draft issued in November 2009)
3. Hedge accounting (development stage)
The Knowledge Group is assembling a panel of key thought leaders and experts to help the attendees get a sense of what these important developments have to offer for their business. Joining this webcast will allow the registrants to assist their clients better.
