21st Annual Territorial Day Rod Run in Deer Lodge Montana Takes Place on June 19th 2010
Territorial Day is an annual event held in Deer Lodge Montana every June. Events include a Rod Run, Street walk sale, youth carnival, country music talent show and a free street dance with live music.

The 21st Annual Territorial Day starts with the Rod Run at 11:30am, with participants registering in the Old Montana Prison yard between 9am and 11am.
After the parade, which includes hot rods, muscle cars and other vehicles and floats, the Jaywalkers Jamboree and Sidewalk Sale will operate on Main Street, together with the Show and Shine and the Pioneer Power & Tractor Associations Antique Tractor Show. Vendors will be selling T-Shirts, jackets, jewelry, die-cast vehicles, toys, art and crafts, African artifacts, and many other items. Food and drink will also be available. The public will judge the vehicles lined up along Main Street and prizes will be awarded to the Top 20. Throughout the day, 50/50 tickets will be sold, with winners announced at 7pm. From 1pm till 5pm, the Colgate Country Showdown will be held at the intersection of Main and Missouri. A nationwide country music talent show, local winners can progress through State, Regional and National competitions. The grand prize is $100,000 for the national title.
The Deer Lodge Youth Board will be holding a Carnival with games on the Powell County Courthouse lawn from 1pm till 4pm (2nd floor of the City Hall if wet). Games include gunnysack races, water carrier obstacle course and many more family fun activities. Parents are encouraged to join their kids in the fun and games.
From 7pm till 11pm, the Wayne Brothers Band will perform on stage for the Free Street Dance. They play a wide selection of music, and are from Wise River.
On Sunday, there will be a Fathers Day Golf Tournament at the Deer Park Golf Course.
