1 Earth Recycle Announces South Bay Drop Off Location
Manhattan Beach, CA, June 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- 1 Earth Recycle, the Manhattan Beach based socially responsible electronics recycling company, announced today that it will begin accepting recycleable electronics at the US Storage location in Hawthorne, located at 14680 Aviation Boulevard. "We believe this location will be very convenient to our South Bay residential customers," said Lisa Mazur-White, 1 Earth Recycle founder and CEO. 1 Earth Recycle is committed to recycling in a "socially responsible and secure" manner, which means that no electronics are ever sent abroad for recycling. All data is secure because computer hard drives are either physically destroyed or wiped clean using Federal-level security standards. "Our company is based on the belief that we should recycle as locally and sustainably as possible," Mazur-White said.
Recycling of all major electronics, including computers, monitors, televisions, laptops, cell phones, etc. is free; however, because it is more expensive to recycle electronics in a socially responsible way and within the United States, there is a small fee associated with the recycling of some small items, such as batteries.
Customers should visit www.1EarthRecycle.com/drop-off for details.
