Chef Adrianne Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar to Host Exclusive Dark Dining Event Tie-in to "When in Rome" DVD Release

Miami, FL, June 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, one of South Florida's preeminent and most unique eateries, will host an exclusive Dark Dining event that will invite its participants to "transport their senses with a Roman flair" this coming Tuesday, June 15th, as a direct tie-in to the DVD release of "When In Rome". The evening is an effort in conjunction with Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, the distributors of the film.

The Dark Dining concept consists of restaurant patrons enjoying a multi-course meal through the exclusive use of their gustatory and olfactory senses. This process is designed to greatly enhance the dining experience by creating a setting where the flavor and ingredients of the dishes being served become the sole focus.

"When In Rome", a 2010 romantic comedy set in the city that serves as its namesake, will serve as the thematic inspiration for the proceedings. Diners will enjoy a 5 course Italian gourmet meal prepared with Chef Adrianne's unique culinary flair; a scrumptious, Italian-themed dessert; and an accompanying glass of champagne.

A continuous "When In Rome" DVD giveaway campaign that was initiated on June 2nd and will run through June 25th will continue during the Dark Dining event, with participants able to register throughout the night to win a complimentary copy of the movie.

Individuals wishing to be a part of what will surely be a memorable and savory experience will begin to be seated at 7:00pm at Chef Adrianne's, located at 11510 Southwest 147th Avenue in the Hammocks sub-division of West Kendall. Stand-up opportunities will also be available before dining commences.
