CPX Interactive Names Newest Member of Advisory Board, Moritz Wuttke
Global Online Ad Network Invests in European Operations by Naming International Industry Veteran as Newest Member of Advisory Board
New York, NY, June 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In a move that reinforces the company’s place as a truly global online ad network, CPX Interactive has announced that International online veteran, Moritz F. Wuttke, will become the company’s newest advisory board member. Wuttke joins US based advisory board members, Andrew B. Rosengard and Robert F. Hussey, who were named as inaugural members in January of this year.
Even a quick look at the CPX business model indicates the company’s global presence and growing need for International industry experience and insight. CPX currently services publishers and advertisers in more than 60 countries every day, with its direct response business split between the company’s Westbury, NY headquarters, and its corporate office in Istanbul, Turkey, and its brand-facing operations run from offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, NYC, Milan and Madrid.
CPX COO & President, Rob Rasko, explains Mr. Wuttke’s engagement as advisory board member, “The entire CPX team is lucky to have Moritz on board. His experience is a perfect fit for where we are in our growth arc. He brings the insight of a man who was involved in a US-based ad network as they successfully expanded through Europe, and he brings us real-time insight into Asia.”
Mr. Wuttke is currently the CEO and Founder of NextMediaInitiatives, Shanghai – Geneva, serving media owners, advertisers, agencies, start-ups and venture capital companies on their digital communication investments and convergence between traditional and new media. Prior to that, Mr. Wuttke was CEO Asia & China of Publicitas, the world’s largest independent All-Media Sales and Solution provider.
In addition, Mr. Wuttke served on the board of several companies, including: five years with 24/7 Real Media, until its acquisition by WPP, Swisscom Directories (the number one Yellow Page destination in Switzerland), and Adstream, (the global advertising management and delivery network for TV and Print). Prior to heading the Asian operations, he was Head of Corporate Development and part of the Executive Management Team at PubliGroupe, the holding for Publicitas that invested in Zanox, Digital Window, Buy.at, and Namics, as part of their digital advertising strategy.
Mr. Wuttke is looking forward to his new advisory role at CPX Interactive. “At a time of great fragmentation within the industry, CPX understands what it will take to emerge as a global leader. With their new CPX adROIt™ advertising delivery and measurement platform, CPX Interactive will revolutionize the landscape of performance marketing and deliver more value for media owners and the advertisers. It’s a great pleasure working with skilled entrepreneurs, and I look forward to assisting them in their global development.”
