Groton, MA, June 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Maria Hars has joined the Groton office of RE/MAX Prestige, an 11 office regional real estate firm.

Her background is mortgage banking, real estate, and residential design. Maria graduated from Hesser College in 2008 with an associate degree in Interior Design. She is looking to combine her love of sustainable design with real estate. Maria says "I believe healthy homes are the way of our future. My niche will be eco-friendly real estate. By helping homebuyers rehab properties using eco-friendly design/build/materials it will increase property values in neighborhoods and create healthy environments.
