BOLT Bridge Adds Support for Pertech Scanners

Elkhart, IN, June 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- BOLT Document Management has added support for Pertech scanners to their BOLT Bridge for Laserfiche connector software. In combination the BOLT software and Pertech scanners afford the tens of thousands of Laserfiche content management users an easy and affordable way to add capture for checks, payments, and I.D. cards directly from their desktop.

The small Pertech 6100 scanners capture both sides of checks and embossed and color I.D. cards as well as reading MICR codes making them ideal for medical, financial, government, insurance, education, and banking applications. In addition to providing a direct scanning interface to Laserfiche repositories from Pertech scanners, BOLT Bridge can parse E13B MICR code data and populate Laserfiche indexes such as account numbers, routing, and amounts.
