Atlanta, GA, June 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Liaison Technologies, a global provider of integration and data management services, commemorates its tenth anniversary today. The company marked the milestone with a global celebration including offices in the US, Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the UK.
“Given our ‘dot-com’ roots it’s humbling to take a moment and reflect on the last ten years and how far we’ve come as an organization. I credit our success in large part to our worldwide team, which is the most innovative and results-oriented group I have ever had the pleasure to work with,” stated Bob Renner, CEO of Liaison. “While we celebrate, it’s important that we also consider what we plan to accomplish over the next ten years. We will continue to focus – and expand on – our innovative and flexible integration and data management services, and creating unique value for our customers and stakeholders.”
Liaison Technologies was founded in June of 2000 as ForestExpress, a forest-products industry consortium founded by three of the then-largest forest products companies in the world. In 2004 the company expanded its focus to provide integration and data management services to a wide range of vertical industries and changed its name to Liaison Technologies. The company has grown organically and through acquisition over the past ten years, acquiring Liaison (a data-management software firm), Expresso (a European industry consortium), Anilinker (a Finland-based integration services provider), Contivo (a world-class data transformation software firm), and most recently Advanced Data Exchange (ADX, an EDI and integration services company).
“It’s a rare privilege to participate in a company’s progress from an idea to a successful, dynamic, and growing organization,” commented John Balboni, CIO of International Paper and a longtime Liaison customer. “Liaison has thrived in the volatile climate from 2000-2010 and I expect it will continue to adapt, innovate, and serve our needs for the next decade and beyond.”
Liaison’s compound annual revenue growth rate of 45 percent over the past three years reflects its ongoing success in the US and abroad. The company estimates that in the course of its history it has facilitated nearly one billion business-to-business transactions in the form of integration messages like purchase orders and invoices, enhanced data quality, and automated system data translations.
