In order to portray realism, each vinyl newborn’s skintone was created by applying multiple layers of Genesis heat set paints that are baked on and permanent. Additionally, each newborn baby has been blushed in all of the right places and some subtle veining is visible to add to their realism. Tiny fingernails and toenails have been tipped and sealed with a glossy finish. All arms and legs have been weighted with only the best quality tiny glass beads and then filled with poly-fil. Their heads and jointed bodies have also been weighted with sealed pouches of glass beads, and then filled with poly-fil to make each baby cuddly and very similar feeling to that of a real baby. Baby’s hair has been hand-rooted using the finest mohair and sealed on the inside of their head with waterproof glue so their hair can be wet and styled.
