Southwest Florida Law Firm Henderson Franklin Welcomes Three Summer Associates

Fort Myers, FL, June 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce the addition of three summer associates. Law students David Hughes, Stefani Norrbin and William Ourand will supplement their law school experience by working as clerks at the firm during the summer.

As part of Henderson Franklin's Summer Associate Program, these students will have an opportunity to be exposed to a broad range of practice areas. Summer associates attend hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and meetings with clients, amongst other activities. Additionally, they perform research, assist in the drafting of pleadings, discovery and other documents, and analyze various legal issues that arise in the course of the matters handled by the firm and its attorneys. Each summer associate is paired with a Henderson Franklin attorney mentor who assists the summer associate with the transition from law student to lawyer.

Hughes is a native of Dade City, Florida, and graduated from Tampa Preparatory School and Haverford College, where he majored in history. He will be entering his final year at University of Florida Law School. Norrbin grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, where she graduated from Lawton Chiles High School. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida State University, where she will be entering her final year of law school. Ourand is from Virginia Beach, Virginia, and received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of North Florida. He will be entering his final year of law school at Florida State University.
