Carolina Mudcats Celebrate Independence Day with Upcoming Fireworks Extravaganzas
Zebulon, NC, June 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Carolina Mudcats (http://www.carolinamudcats.com), Wake County’s hometown professional baseball team, will honor Independence Day with two Fireworks Extravaganzas shows during its upcoming homestand against the Jacksonville Suns. The homestand starts Monday, June 28 and wraps up Saturday, July 3, with all games starting at 7:15 p.m.
Following both the Friday, July 2 and Saturday, July 3 games, fans are encouraged to enjoy Five County Stadium’s fireworks presentations. The stadium’s annual Independence Day fireworks, sponsored by Capital Bank and Assurant Health, are among the largest in Wake County.
The team is offering a number of promotions during the homestand. Fans can take advantage of KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets for the June 29 game by bringing a Kraft package wrapper to redeem a buy one, get one free ticket offer. The Mudcats will host Fritos Family Friday at the July 2 game. Fans will be randomly selected to take part in special ballpark experiences like throwing out the first pitch, and those who present a bag of Fritos corn chips can enjoy a 10 percent discount on Mudcats merchandise in the stadium store for that game.
