Phillips Builders LLC Announces Partnership with Energy Star

Westminster, MA, December 08, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Phillips Builders LLC. have made a commitment to building 100% of their homes to be Energy Star Certified. Energy Star is a government backed symbol for energy efficiency and have more than 40 types of products that offer other superior quality and performance. Phillips Builders newest project is located on Sawin Drive in Westminster, Massachusetts. 

Homes that earn the Energy Star must meet guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Energy Star qualified homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC).
