Dr. Leigh-Davis, Host of a Creative Endeavors Production Radio Show, Appears on The Mel Robbins Show
Dr. Leigh-Davis gets advice from her counterpart: Mel Robbins, live on The Mel Robbins Show.
Los Angeles, CA, June 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Recently, Dr. Leigh-Davis appeared on “The Mel Robbins Show,” which was somewhat of a dichotomy. Dr. Leigh-Davis is a retired attorney who hosts a radio show called “the Real Deal,” and Mel Robbins is also a retired attorney and radio show host.
Mel Robbins, who is known for her advice for living better, counseled Dr. Leigh-Davis on how to take her broadcast journalism career to the next level. In terms of Dr. Leigh-Davis appearing on more TV shows as a legal analyst and legal commentator, Mel advised, “Get to be every news producers’ best friend.”
“Obviously, Mel didn’t tell me anything that I did not already know; I am a veteran in the entertainment industry. However, she did reinforce what I need to focus on, and helped redirect my attention and put things in perspective,” explained Dr. Leigh-Davis. When asked why she would go to a competitor for advice, Dr. Leigh-Davis responded, “Mel is not a competitor, her show is entirely different from mine. Besides, everyone needs perspective and constructive criticism. What better place to get it than someone who has been in a similar situation.”
In addition to being a full-time law professor at Yuin University; Dr. Leigh-Davis is currently putting Mel’s advice into action, as Dr. Leigh-Davis attempts to get more work as a TV Legal Analyst and TV Legal commentator. Dr. Leigh-Davis’ live radio show “The Real Deal” is on BlogTalkRadio.com every Wednesday at 10 P.M. Pacific Time, and is produced by Creative Endeavors.
