Phillips now qualified to train craft/technician instructors

As a Master Trainer, Rick has been certified in accordance with NCCER’s Instructor Certification Training Program (ICTP) for Master Trainers and is qualified to train craft/technician instructors.
At GreenWood, Rick leads all craft training programs which are centered on the Contrenâ Learning series through NCCER. This series provides accreditation, standardized curriculum, national registry and assessment for GreenWood personnel in the areas of construction, maintenance and operations. As a result, GreenWood personnel are able to hone their skill sets and receive training in specific areas that complements their professional expertise.
