Ferris joins Wake County Commissioner Joe Bryan and Mike Burris of the Wake County Public School System for a panel discussion to examine a new state law allowing a private entity to build a school and lease it back to a school system over a 40-year period. The luncheon costs $20 for TCC members and $30 for non-members, and payment must be received in advance to guarantee receiving a lunch.
