Joe Vanden Heuvel Named Associate Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Houston
Houston, TX, July 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Joe Vanden Heuvel has joined the all-new Hyatt Regency Houston as Associate Director of Sales. Previously, Vanden Heuvel served as National Sales Manager for the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville.
Vanden Heuvel began his career at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion as a Meeting Connections & Transient Manager and was quickly promoted to Major Market Sales Manager.
“Joe’s background with Hyatt Hotels and Texas makes him a strong addition to our team,” said Stan Skadal, director of sales and marketing at the 947-room downtown hotel which recently completed a $50 million transformation.
Vanden Heuvel received a Bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Kansas State University.
He is a current member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
