GRAPA Creates New Discussion-Based Blog for Telecoms Revenue Professionals: Join the Discussion
GRAPA’s newest blog focuses on issues faced by the entire revenue professional community.
Chicago, IL, July 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- This June, GRAPA has started a new blog dedicated to the discussion of GRAPA community issues, written by GRAPA Faculty Member and 2011 Standards Production Manager, Meredith Wisniewski. GRAPA Community Matters was created to be a forum where common concerns can be addressed, and the identity of the Telco Revenue Professional can be explored.
“One of the most powerful facets of GRAPA is the amazing network members have built for each other,” says Meredith Wisniewski, GRAPA’s 2011 Standards Production Manager, and editor of GRAPA Community Matters. “It is my hope that this blog provides even more opportunities for members to talk to each other, share information and stories, and most importantly grow as a community of professionals.”
This new blog will begin with a discussion of the proposed GRAPA Principles and Standards for 2011. Since these are being updated for the upcoming year, GRAPA needs all members to share their opinions and get involved in defining what it means to be a Revenue Professional. “Defining the standards and principles for revenue assurance can only be defined as a Community Matter,” says Meredith. “This is a great way for members to help us set a course of direction for the upcoming year.”
If you are interested in learning about and contributing to the proposed 2011 GRAPA standards and principles, follow GRAPA Community Matters at GRAPACommunityMatters.blogspot.com. Also, if you have a topic that you feel is important for GRAPA’s global community, please email Meredith@grapatel.com with your feedback or suggestions.
