Mobile Ready Announces Acquisition of Branding Firm Complete Identity
Coral Springs, FL, December 09, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp (MBRN.pk) announced today that the company has finalized an agreement to purchase Complete Identity, Inc. of Delaware. As part of the agreement, the Board of Directors of Mobile Ready Entertainment approved and hereby announces a 1 for 25 reverse stock split, to become effective On December 11, 2006. The new stock symbol will be MRDY.pk. In additional actions, the Directors appointed Mike Magolnick and Craig Mora of Complete Identity to the board, where Mr. Magolnick and Mr. Mora will serve as Co-Chairmen. Mr. Magolnick will become the company’s CEO, replacing Josh Eikov in that capacity. Mr. Mora will serve as the Corporation’s Co-President and Chief Operating Officer as well as the corporate secretary. As part of the acquisition, Plinney Porter and Henri Kessler also resigned as members of the Company’s board of directors. There are no plans to change the name of the corporation at the present time. Josh Eikov, MBRN outgoing CEO said, "This is a great opportunity for MBRN with an awesome business concept and a great management team. I wish them much luck in their future endeavors."
