MacDermid Offshore Solutions Signs Frame Agreement with Woodside Energy

Houston, TX, July 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- MacDermid Offshore Solutions has signed a Frame Agreement with Woodside Energy thereby consolidating its long-standing position as a preferred supplier of subsea production control fluids. The frame agreement is awarded for a 3 year period with an optional period of 2 years.
