The new premiums, which range from .005% to .007% of a bank’s insured deposits, are higher then the anticipated .01% to .03% increase. John Segerstrom’s career has been dedicated to financial institution administration and finance. He has served as a senior executive, as a regulator, as National Asset/Liability Consulting Manager for a large CPA firm, and currently is head of PQMResearch, a financial institution consulting practice. His work in financial analysis and management has been widely published, and his cutting edge use of artificial intelligence techniques in
