Background Check Provider, USA-FACT Hires Tucker
Riverside, CA, July 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Employment screening provider, USA-FACT is pleased to announce that Orianna “Ory” Tucker has joined its team as Manager of Client Services.
Ory has been working in the consumer reporting industry since 2005 and has a proven track record in operations, compliance and customer service. In her new role, Ory will be responsible for all client care matters.
“Our clients are in for a real treat working with Ory. She has a broad background in investigations and screening giving her a deep understanding of our industry. This experience, coupled with a sense of urgency and a motivation to serve, creates a strong advocate for our clients,” USA-FACT’s Chief Executive Officer, Phil Smith, said.
Ory comes to USA-FACT with years of experience managing the operations of a boutique background and drug screening firm as well as experience in the private investigation, legal, and federal government arenas. Ory is an active member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), serving on the conference committee and acting as a conference Ambassador. She is also a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and recently had the opportunity to act as a volunteer registrar at the HR West annual conference. Ory holds a Bachelor of Science (BS), cum laude, in criminal justice from California Lutheran University.
