Raleigh, NC, July 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- For youth with disabilities, creating community networks is an important part of reaching their full potential in their lives. To assist youth in creating these network support systems, The National Youth Leadership Network is excited to announce dates for a new hands-on training opportunity called Reap What You Sow: Harvesting Support Systems.

Reap What You Sow: Harvesting Support Systems will be held July 29-31, 2010 in Raleigh, North Carolina at the North Raleigh Hilton.

This training, for youth of all ages and abilities up to 28 years old, will focus on ways they can create their own support systems in the community, ensuring success to reach their goals and create more fulfilling lives. Support systems may include their families, friends, teachers, mentors, community support providers, creating a team who they can call on for advocacy and mentorship in their lives.

The National Youth Leadership Network (NYLN) is a youth-driven, youth-led non-profit organization. NYLN is made up of young leaders with disabilities who live throughout the United States and its territories. NYLN’s goal is to make sure that young people with disabilities know how to set and reach their own goals through youth leadership and education.
