Mr. John Sponsors Asbury Park Jazz Festival
Mr. John was a sponsor of the Asbury Park Jazz Festival held on June 26th and 27th in Asbury Park NJ.
Edison, NJ, July 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Mr. John was a proud sponsor of the 22nd annual Asbury Park Jazz Festival held in scenic Sunset Park in Asbury Park NJ on June 26-27th.
The festival featured a kickoff party on Friday night with performances by Chelsea Palermo and Ronnie Greico. Attendees were encouraged to bring their beach chairs and enjoy the beer, wine and food while relaxing to the music. The fun continued Saturday and Sunday from noon until 6pm with performances by gifted artists such as Vel Johnson, Chelsea Palermo, Funktion 11 and Soul project along with some favorite local artists including The Jazz Lobsters.
In addition to great entertainment and convenient on site food vendors, visitors enjoyed strolling through the streets of Asbury Park. The historic city attracts thousands each year who flock to the fine local restaurants, unique stores, antique shops and famous boardwalk along with pristine beaches. While some reminisce about the old days, others enjoy the emerging eclectic culture proving once again that Asbury Park is still able to satisfy.
Mr. John provided the portable toilets for the duration of the event, which included 14 standard temporary restrooms, each with hand sanitizer dispensers. An ADA approved portable toilet was also provided which is wheelchair accessible and also used by parents with small children. Russell Reid, an affiliate of Mr. John provided a solid waste roll off container to handle the waste generated during the festival.
