Profits from Bowersox’s Design to Benefit The Red Cross of Toledo, Ohio as a Result of Recent Tornado

Profits from Bowersox’s original design will benefit Ohio’s recently tornado-devastated areas, including her hometown of Toledo through The Red Cross.
Crystal Bowersox joins an eclectic list of established artists who have contributed their sketch designs to Pennyroyal Silver to raise awareness for the charity-driven Signature collection. Bowersox’s pendant was created to resemble her first tattoo of a music note. According to the budding star, “success ain’t about money. It’s about doin’ what you love.” To reiterate this sentiment, Bowersox worked with Pennyroyal’s Tim Foster to create the unique pendant during the “top 9” week on the hit show. Among previous contributors to Pennyroyal Silver’s Signature collection are Bowersox’s fellow “AI” alums Adam Lambert and Kris Allen as well as the band Cobra Starship, Jewel, Miranda Lambert and most recently, Colbie Caillat.
The Crystal Bowersox Signature Collection pendant will retail for $85 and will available for purchase exclusively through www.pennyroyalsilver.com from June 25st to July 31st, 2010, profits from the purchase price will go directly to The Red Cross of Toledo, OH and aid those affected by the recent tornadoes which have devastated the area. Orders ship in 3-5 weeks and the design will be retired after July 31st.
