Fort Myers Attorney Thomas Clark Appointed to Executive Council of the Florida Bar Health Law Section

Mr. Clark has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Health Law since 1999 and Tax Law since 1993. He concentrates his practice areas in personal service organizations, health care law, acquisitions and mergers, corporate law, partnership law, limited liability company law, taxation, and business planning.

Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S. B.A.), with honors, from the University of Florida in 1979, his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Cumberland School of Law in 1984, and his Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University in 1985.
