Mr. Henderson brings more than 20 years of manufacturing experience focused on quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Phase II, Mr. Henderson spent one year as the Manufacturing Manager and Lean Champion at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson spent 19 years with ElectroCraft where he held positions in various roles including Plant Manager, Lean Champion, Facilities Manager, and Chief Mechanical Designer. He developed and managed a cross functional continuous improvement team that was instrumental in driving significant increases in operating profits and on-time delivery. Richard holds a degree in Mechanical Design from Northshore Community College and numerous certificates of Lean Manufacturing Training including Change Agent Sensei Training.
