NAWBO San Diego welcomes Its 100th member
NAWBO San Diego welcomed Karen Hutchens of Hutchens PR as its 100th member.
San Diego, CA, July 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that it has hit the century mark for membership. Karen Hutchens of Hutchens PR, who earlier this year received a BRAVO! Award from NAWBO San Diego as the Business Woman of the Year, is member number 100.
“My goal entering 2010 was to have 100 members by the end of the year, so I’m thrilled that we achieved that in little more than seven months,” said NAWBO President Adrienne Moch. “The timing is really fabulous; we’ll be installing our 2010-2011 board of directors tomorrow, and it can set a new, higher membership goal.”
San Diego women business owners are joining NAWBO because they see the value in being a member of this prestigious entrepreneurial community. The group has four recurring events—a monthly luncheon, seminar and mastermind group, and the quarterly Network With NAWBO—and the latter three are free to members.
