C&C Appoints Bryan Courson SVP and Manager of San Francisco Office

San Francisco, CA, July 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Cornish & Carey Commercial/ONCOR International (C&C), the dominant real estate force in Northern California, today announced that the firm has named Bryan Courson senior vice president and manager of the San Francisco office. In this senior management role, Mr. Courson will be responsible for the continued expansion and strengthening of the talented team and service offerings of C&C’s growing San Francisco office. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Courson was managing partner of Cassidy Turley BT Commercial’s San Francisco Office Division. Bart O’Connor, who had been temporarily managing C&C’s San Francisco office, will return his focus to delivering the highest quality brokerage services to C&C clients, which has been his priority throughout his career.

He specializes in representing tenants and creating office occupancy solutions for their local and national needs. The Courson family has strong ties to the brokerage community. Formerly, Mr. Courson’s father was a real estate developer and his two brothers are currently commercial real estate brokers in the Silicon Valley market.
