TrueStar Group Has Landed in Turkey and is Taking Important Steps Towards the Orient
These new opportunities reinforce the Group’s position with 8 TrueStar Points stationed in the airports of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
Milan, Italy, July 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- A new opportunity for TrueStar Group S.p.A., active on an international level in the sector of airport services with the SecureBag brand, landing for the first time in Turkey, an important gateway to the Orient.
In Turkey the TrueStar Group will be present in the 3 airports of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
The international Ataturk airport of Istanbul, where the Group will be operating with 4 TrueStar Points, has in recent years doubled the number of passengers, for a total of around 30 million by the end of 2009.
In addition to Istanbul the Group will also be present, with 2 TrueStar Points each, in Ankara - Esenboga International Airport and Izmir - Adnan Menderes Airport.
The airport of Ankara, political and administrative capital of Turkey, was recently declared by ACI Europe (Airport Council International) as “Best Airport in Europe 2009” and it can count on a traffic of around 6 million passengers per year.
The airport of Izmir, principally used by charter flights, with 6.2 million passengers per year, will be particularly strategic for the Group as it encounters the needs of the many Russian tourists who have always moved through this area.
In view of these new opportunities, the Group has selected over 50 operators, all locally recruited and trained in line with the high quality standards that have always characterized TrueStar Group.
