Passive Fire Protection Inspection Company Hires Interns to Help with Growth
Fire damper, smoke damper and fire door inspection inspection company forms internship program.
Louisville, KY, July 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Life Safety Services (LSS), the industry leader in Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection and Repair, welcomed four new undergraduate students to their team to assist the office and management staff in the fields of marketing and report generation in the form of paid internships.
“Our internship program is new this summer but it has already been a huge success for both us and the interns”, said Garry Cronin, Vice President of Operations. “We work hard to make sure they benefit from the experience here, and they get as much hands-on experience as they can while they are here.”
Life Safety Services’ welcomes the following students to their internship program:
Dwight Young a, junior Business Management and Economics major at the University of Kentucky . Young says, “This internship has been great in helping me understand the office setting better. Everyone here has been friendly and fun to work with.” Dwight will continue working with Life Safety Services through the remainder of the summer.
Sara Massey, a sophomore from the University of Louisville majoring in Justice Administration, who began her internship in May of this year and will continue working for LSS throughout the school year. “Working at Life Safety Services as an intern has improved my business skills and broadened my horizons to several different aspects of the professional world.”
Bo Brinkman, a sophomore at Norte Dame majoring in Business Finance who says, “Life Safety Services was my first exposure to the business world. As the leader in their field, LSS helped me develop the basic skills necessary to expedite business growth and develop the communication skills necessary for success.”
Lastly, Life Safety Services welcomes Steven Adam Traylor, a senior marketing major from the University of Louisville. “I am grateful to be with a local growing company and to be a part of the LSS team for years to come as they make strides at the international level.”
