Ephraim Gottlieb Esq. attended the Massachusetts School of Law focusing on contact law and real estate law. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar association in 2009. He worked for Oracle from 2008-2010 drafting Amendments and custom clauses to software licensing agreements and both signing and drafting ordering documents for both public and privately held clients. He is experienced in the areas of short sale negotiations and other areas of real estate law.
