Adrian Niculescu has been managing social media strategies since 2007 and has a Masters in Online Marketing, an MBA from Cnam Paris and is involved in an EMBA at Business School Netherlands. His professional background is built on real estate, home entertainment and marketing business development.

Mushbloom managed the social media strategy for the Manx Telecom Bay Festival 2010, which included working with the music festival's major sponsors Pepsi Max, Manx Telecom, Manx Radio and 188 Foundation, as well as the performers, including Boy George, Spandau Ballet, Calvin Harris, JLS, The Saturdays, Rick Astley and Belinda Carlisle.
