Oriental Motor Introduces Smallest Stepping Motor in PK Lineup

Los Angeles, CA, July 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Oriental Motor USA Corp Oriental Motor introduces the newest stepping motor to its stepping motor product line: the PK 20mm, the smallest, lightest weight 1.8º per step stepping motor in the series. Designed to complement the existing 0.72º stepping motor, the PK 20mm has a 20mm (0.79 in.) frame size and 50g (1.77 oz.) mass, making it suited for applications with little available space.

The PK 20mm motors are the smallest available stepping motors in the PK Series from Oriental Motor and have a small, lightweight body. Combined with high torque technology, they are a compact and space saving stepping motor with multiple step angles and performance characteristics.

The compact PK 20mm was designed for applications where size, weight and stack length are important. The PK 20mm 1.8º also produces more torque with a smaller stack length (30mm) than competitor's brands (30~33mm).
