Little League’s Southeastern Region in Warner Robins, Hughes Honda Establish Region Partnership
Warner Robins, GA, July 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Hughes Honda of Warner Robins, Ga., and Little League Baseball and Softball have reached an agreement that will make the dealership the official vehicle sponsor of Little League Baseball and Softball’s Southeastern Region.
Through this partnership, Hughes Honda will become a partner of the Southeastern Region, which will host the Little League Softball and Little League Baseball Southeastern Region Tournaments (July 28-Aug. 3/Aug. 6-13). This will be the first year that the new facility will host the region tournaments since the 2008 decision was made to relocate Little League’s Southeastern Region administrative office from St. Petersburg, Fla., to Warner Robins.
Winners of these tournaments advance to represent their communities in the respective Little League Baseball and Little League Softball World Series.

In recent years, Georgia has had two teams from Warner Robins win world championships Little League Baseball, 2007; Little League Softball, 2009.
As the world’s largest organized youth sports program, Little League brings more than 2.6 million players together every year for s fun, games and sportsmanship. Honda has been a national sponsor of Little League Baseball and Softball for 14 consecutive years, and Hughes Honda is proud to bring the same tradition of sponsorship to the Southeastern Region.
Little League Baseball and Softball’s Southeastern Region consists of teams and leagues from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
