Leading compensation systems provider Excentive has announced that it has successfully deployed its Total Compensation Management software solution at Stryker EMEA, reflecting the success of both its innovative technology and its globalization strategy.

Stryker EMEA decided to start the execution of this Total Compensation Management vision with its salary review process, before extending to other aspects of compensation such as bonus and commissions.
