The Father Life Announces New Director of Development
Rochester, NY, July 31, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Father Life, Inc., has added a new member to their team.
Adam Cohen, a daddy blogger based in New York City, is now Director of Development for the company.
“As dads have become more and more active and vocal online and the daddy blogger movement has gained momentum, we’ve seen continued growth and interest in our websites,” says Ben Murphy, Founder of The Father Life. “Managing that increasing demand is key to our future success. But we needed more than just another person to add to the team. We needed someone who was both connected to the community of online dads and savvy about growing an online business. We found exactly what we were looking for in Adam Cohen.”
Cohen, founder of the daddy blog dadarocks.com, brings extensive social media and online business experience to The Father Life... along with a lot of excitement for the future. He says, "Drew Carey said, ‘Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support group for that. It's called Everybody, and they meet at the bar.’ This isn’t a job for me - it’s a passion! I'm looking forward to all the great changes we've got going forward with The Father Life.”
Director of Development is a new position for the company. In that role, Cohen will be interacting with The Father Life’s social media presence as well as connecting with companies who want to reach the growing population of online dads. “We expect this move to catapult us to the next level,” states founder Ben Murphy.
