Singapore, Singapore, March 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- STET HLS Launches Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 2010
STET HLS has launched its CSR 2010 with the aim of contributing to the community through the active sharing of security knowledge and expertise with commitment pledged by all, including the management, of STET HLS.
A member of the Singapore Compact (a participant of the United Nations Global Compact), STET HLS has partnered with the People’s Association to provide members of the public with Emergency Preparedness tips through SMS. This initiative is scheduled to be launched in the Bukit Panjang Constituency on September 5, 2010.
“We have served the community behind the scenes for the past five years in securing both private and public facilities. Security today, however, is not all about planning and system implementation. Effort towards public education needs to be stepped up to provide that critical pillar of community awareness and resilience.” – Mr. Tan Chong Kuan (Managing Director, STET HLS)
STET HLS is inviting both organizations and members of the public to come forth with initiatives that require the contribution of security expertise to benefit the community at large. Examples include Security Open Day for community groups such as schools and constituencies, and security briefings for various levels of personnel in specific industries.
