"We are excited about ITMS 2010. Our product line has expanded during the past few years, and we are anticipating that our customer base will be excited to see the new TMX Workholding line. An economic shift is taking place, and we are here with a comprehensive product line, delivering on our strategy to ensure that our customers will come to Toolmex for their industrial product needs," said Bob Gross, Toolmex Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
TMX and Bison Product Lines at Booth W-2428
Several new workholding products will be displayed during IMTS at booth 2428 in the West Building including an extended TMX Chuck product line, new TMX Vise and V-Flange models in conjunction with the company's already established premier tooling and workholding products. Designed and made to exacting Toolmex specifications, the newly extended line of TMX Chucks serve every type of client market from the Oil Patch to Machine Shops, and are available in sizes 6 inch to big diameter giants as large as 100 inches.
In addition to their comprehensive workholding lines, booth W-2428 visitors will be able to learn about their recently added Palbit Indexable Carbide line. Toolmex and Palbit will deliver an on-site training session during IMTS on Tuesday, September 14th in Meeting Room W-180 at 3:30 PM. Toolmex technical staff will also be on hand to answer questions as well as educate the public about the unique two-tier comprehensive quality control process that is used to support and ensure Toolmex as a premier quality leader and a partner customers can count on to deliver smart industry expertise.
Bigger, Bolder and Better Lathe Technology at Booth S-9449
This year Toolmex introduces a bold new redesign of their TUR630MN series Manual Plus CNC long bed lathes, transforming the appearance and operation of the popular series while creating an ideal solution for better machining, greater precision, straightforward operation and easier maintenance than ever before. Visitors at IMTS will have the opportunity to witness the TUR630MN in action during cutting demonstrations lives on the show floor, as well as inspecting the larger TUR930MN under power.
In addition, Toolmex engineers and sales staff will be on-hand to discuss the FTM700 and FTM1000 series, a new generation of high performance slant bed lathes that makes the multitasking turning centers bigger, bolder and better than ever. Designed and built by Haco-Fat, a leading European builder, the FTM series is the newest and largest turn-mill slant bed lathe series from the world class builder who specializes in turning machinery that processes large, complicated and exotic materials including shafts, rolls and tubular parts. The new heavy duty FTM slant bed turning centers offer advanced technology, extra wide workpiece capabilities, numerous options and superior quality, allowing parts normally requiring 2-3 machines for completion to now get the job done in one setup with reduced cycle times. In addition, the extra heavy duty FTM construction makes it adept at handling most cast iron, steel, alloys and other materials with greater rigidity and higher precision.
