She was born and raised in Victoria, TX, where she competed in spelling and writing competitions during her junior and senior years in school. She has written and produced several plays in Los Angeles, CA, where she resided twenty-five years prior to relocating to the East Coast. Elsie is skilled professionally as a Nurse: Gynecology and Urology, (post and pre-op surgery), Pharmacy (Graduates/Reciprocity), and Licensing Specialist (Austin, TX).
