Stimulus Money is Viable Source for Real Estate Investors

Marietta, GA, August 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Get Real, The Real Estate Investing Show for the Rest of Us hosted an informational webinar with grants expert Chris Johnson on Wednesday July 28th. Mr Johnson explained many of the sources of the billions of dollars available to individuals and small businesses around the country to use to grow or start their business.

In particular Chris focused on many of the ways that real estate investors can acquire capital to buy and to rehab their investment properties. Many of the sources have cash available to individuals who are interested in rebuilding neighborhood growth in many areas.

During his 90 minute presentation that was streamed live via the web he went through the process of identifying government and private grants that would be best suited for each individual and how to identify which grants each person would have the greatest potential of acquiring this investment capital.

Mr Johnson went on to explain that there are many groups that have a very high likelihood of receiving government backing for their real estate investing projects. These groups included woman as one of the largest groups.
