First, a little history. Andrade is the son of a radio pioneer, as his father, Jose Andrade was one of the first Spanish radio announcers in the United States. Literally growing up in a radio station and recording studio fascinated him, and loved recording commercials when it called for a child. "As a kid, instead of playing with toys, I loved to play with my father's reel-to-reel recorder. I would spend hours recording TV shows like cartoons, dramas, and newscasts and playing them back, and imitating the voices I heard, especially in the commercials," Andrade recalls.
