Siegel-Gallagher Finds Buyer for Shawano Komatsu Plant

Milwaukee, WI, August 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- With the help of Mike Hull of the Mike Hull Company, Brian Schroeder and Bill Quinlivan of Siegel-Gallagher recently sold the retired Komatsu Plant. The facility, located at 1075 S. Airport Rd, Shawano, Wis., sold for $1,200,000. The asset is an industrial property near the airport with approximately 116,645 sq. ft.

The buyer of the property, Leisure Boating #3 LLC (registered agent Anthony Zielisnki), has future undisclosed plans for the building. Komatsu Forest was happy with the quick sell of the property, especially considering the current economic conditions.
