Automated Valet Creates Customized iPhone App for DFW Airport Valet
Plantation, FL, August 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Automated Valet has released a customized iPhone app for Parking Concept, Inc.’s (PCI) Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport operation, called DFW Airport Valet. The app is free and can be downloaded from the Apple app store.

The app gives valet customers the ability to plan their valet itinerary using their iPhone. With a few taps they can make reservations, enter their vehicle information, flight details, and special requests. They can also add a tip to their bill – all using their phone.
DFW customers will find the already excellent valet service they receive through PCI to be even faster and more efficient. The app saves them the time they would have to spend contacting a reservations desk, checking in with valet staff and requesting their vehicle on the return. No kiosks or podiums are required – just an iPhone. The vehicle will be ready before the customer even lands.
Any special services like car washes can be requested with the initial reservation and will be completed before the customer arrives.
For the operator, the app saves time and money by decreasing the need to conduct these tasks for the customer. Valet staff can focus more energy on other aspects of customer service.
PCI Vice President David Mueller says this latest innovation solidifies an already great product in place at the DFW operation. Automated Valet installed its operating system, AVPM, at DFW Airport Valet several years ago and he says the experience has been more than positive.
