Take It to the House Kick-Off: Chance to Win a New Lennar Home in AZ

Tempe, AZ, August 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lennar, one of Arizona’s preeminent home builders, will be staging a special promotion with the Arizona Cardinals for a chance to win a new home. The public can register at the Lennar Welcome Centers in the greater Phoenix metro area, as well as the greater Tucson area.

Of those who register, one lucky person will have a chance to win a new home at each home game. During each Arizona Cardinals preseason and regular season home game, the opening kickoff that the Cardinals receive will be billed as the Lennar “Take it to the House” Kickoff. If the Cardinals return their opening kickoff for a touchdown, the winner selected will win a brand new home, courtesy of Lennar.

Contestants can sign up at any designated Lennar Welcome Centers, and then the Cardinals and Lennar will select one contestant for each home game that will have the opportunity to win a new home. Contestants must be 18 years or older. Registration is open now to December 10, 2010 and full contest rules and regulations are available at each Lennar Welcome Center.

In celebration of the Cardinals promotion, a mini model home, approximately eight feet by six feet is is traveling to the various Lennar Welcome Centers where people will have a chance to throw a football to win a t-shirt if successful in getting the football through the window. The promotion will be staffed by the Millennium High School football players of Goodyear for all of the Phoenix metro communities and the Southwest Soccer Academy team for the Tucson area communities. Lennar is making a charitable donation to each school in support of their sports program. “Supporting and encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork skills in teenagers today will help create tomorrow’s community and business leaders,” noted Alan Jones, Lennar Arizona Division president. The size of the donation is based on how many weekends each team will be assisting Lennar with the promotion. Millennium High School football program will receive $5,000 and Tucson’s Southwest Soccer Academy organization will receive $2,500.

All Cardinals homes games are played at the University of Phoenix Stadium located at Loop 101 between Glendale and Bethany Home Road in Glendale. The stadium is near one of Lennar’s new neighborhoods called Boardwalk, located at 87th and Glendale Avenues in Glendale. Lennar has sixteen neighborhoods in the greater Phoenix metro area, including four large master planned communities complete with inviting recreational amenities, plus nine communities in the Tucson area.
