New Hope Fertility Center, a leader in Egg Donation, now offers a unique guarantee designed to dramatically increase successful implantation rates and embryo viability.

New York, NY, August 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Fertility Center is First to Offer Clients Guarantee of Higher Viability Embryo Implantation

New Hope Fertility Center, a leader in Egg Donation, now offers a unique guarantee designed to dramatically increase successful implantation rates and embryo viability. The New York based clinic has been a pioneer in In Vitro Fertilization techniques and the process of Egg Donation and strives to maintain its position as a leader in the industry with the latest techniques, such as their exclusive Blastocyst Guarantee.

In the donor process, the donor is given a medication to stimulate ovulation. These eggs are then fertilized with sperm from the recipient’s partner or from a sperm bank. Once fertilized, the developing embryos are harvested by a minimally invasive surgical collection process and implanted into the client. Traditionally, this has been done with two to three day old embryos consisting of only two to eight cells. On average, it would require 3-6 donor eggs to have an embryo reach the blastocyst stage at about day five. By exclusively transferring blastocyst embryos, New Hope Fertility Center has achieved a stunning implantation and clinical pregnancy rate of 46-47 percent.

The blastosyst implantation process can be done in conjunction with frozen embryo procedures, where the maturing embryo is frozen when it reaches the blastocyst stage, usually around day five. Then, transplantation can occur with the recipient’s own natural cycle, or maximized by hormone therapies to further increase chances of success, especially in woman using hormone replacement therapy. This eliminates the need for time-consuming or drug induced synchronization of donor and recipient. In addition, by waiting for maturation and focusing on the transplantation of single, or a maximum of two, embryos, the blastocyst process eliminates the chance of unplanned multiple pregnancies and lowers the risk for Caesarean sections and the medical complications associated with multiple births.

The New Hope Donor Program has completed over one hundred egg donor cycles since 2007 and is responsible for [# from NHFC] successful pregnancies. The clinic has partnered with New York’s cutting edge Webmaster Studio to create an exclusive donor database of over 60 women, approximately half of which already have frozen eggs available. This database includes information not just including racial background and medical history, but providing a physical description and detailing the donor’s educational level, personal hobbies and even baby pictures! Together with the Blastocyst Guarantee, these represent two of the features keeping New Hope Fertility Clinic on the cutting edge.
