Marky’s Caviar, which has operated out of three separate locations for 25 years, finally consolidated its operations into one 32,000 square foot state-of-the art facility, with enormous storage for dry, frozen and refrigerated products. In addition to the new efficient shipping and receiving departments and large storage warehouse, the facility also has a new caviar-processing plant where the all-Russian expertly trained staff processes and packs Marky’s award-winning caviar in the traditional ways native to Russia and the Caspian countries. In addition, they installed a special room devoted solely to the packing and handling of fresh Belgian chocolates – packed to order.
