Whitebox Interactive Appoints Ramón Arras-Rubio to Its Executive Advisory Board

Miami, FL, August 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Whitebox Interactive announces the appointment of Ramón Arras-Rubio to its Executive Advisory Board. In this capacity, Mr. Arras-Rubio will oversee the development of a suite of Performance Measurement and Analytics tools. This suite of proprietary tools will articulate and express attribution models for multi channel acquisition campaigns. In addition to providing leadership in the development of performance Marketing solutions and services, Mr. Arras-Rubio will advise clients on campaign optimization strategies, social media measurement and the implementation of bespoke analytics solutions for public sector and non-profit organizations.

Ramón Arras-Rubio has over 20 years of experience delivering both strategic Marketing and interactive Marketing consulting services. In addition to being a CGSM Fellow and an International Fellow at the Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise, Mr. Arras-Rubio has worked both as a Director and a consultant for major corporations. These corporations include, Soza International, Avaya, Cisco Systems, Netel, Unisys, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, MicroAge Technology Services, Kaplan University, and CBS Interactive. In addition, he has collaborated with leading interactive agencies, including R/GA, Razorfish, BGT Partners, SapientNitro, Ogilvy Interactive and Zeta Interactive.

Mr. Arras-Rubio has also been hired as an advisor to both domestic and international public sector organizations, including US Department of Defense, US Department of Justice, US Department of Education, US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Puerto Rican Public Housing Administration, Panamanian Ministry of Planning and Economic Policy, The World Bank, The Inter American Development Bank and US Agency for International Development.

Ramón Arras-Rubio is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Marketing from NOVA Southeastern University. His research is focused on the application and measurement of interactive Marketing strategies and tactics to the areas of advocacy, fundraising, and electoral campaigns. Mr. Arras-Rubio also holds a Master’s degree in IT from George Mason University and a MBA from UNC – Chapel Hill. Mr. Arras-Rubio received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
