Omaha, NE, August 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Kingsbury Capital Partners, LLC today announced its formation of an investment division (Kingsbury Property Group) focused on America’s luxury real estate. Kingsbury Capital Partners, LLC represents an Omaha based Real Estate Investment Firm, looking to make principal investments in residential non-performing loans, distressed assets, and select residential development opportunities.

Kingsbury Capital Partners, LLC was founded by Richard M. Kingsbury. Mr. Kingsbury has been involved for many years in real estate development, finance, joint ventures, loan acquisitions, and M&A transactions.
