Red Fez Publications Seeks Poetry and Fiction Editors
Red Fez Publications seeks volunteers to round out their editorial board. The two vacant positions are Poetry Editor and Fiction Editor. Editors will review submissions, provide feedback to authors, and assist with uploading selections to redfez.net.
Edmonton, Canada, August 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Red Fez Publications is offering an exciting opportunity to volunteer with a growing, online publication. Red Fez seeks a poetry editor and a fiction editor to review and recommend submissions for publication in our quarterly, online literary publication, provide feedback to authors, upload selected submissions to the site for publication, and write introductions for issues. Editors will report to the head of their sections.

Specifications
* Editors can work from home;
* This is an unpaid Editorship;
* Editors must be able to meet deadlines; and
* Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
The selection committee will consider the following criteria in considering applicants:
* Creativity;
* Critical Thinking;
* Communication, including interpersonal skills;
* Strong writing skills, including editing;
* Ability to meet strict deadlines;
* Experience editing a publication is desired, but not required;
* Experience drafting press releases is desired, but not required; and
* Familiarity with underground press/writing.
