The Company was founded May 11, 2005 by its two principal officers Jasmine Tolbert (CEO), and Isiah Tolbert (President). Jasmine Tolbert is a former BCC and Keystone College student, who majored in Criminal Justice. She Married Isiah Tolbert, the grandson of former Liberian President "William R. Tolbert". Isiah started his career as a musician when he was awarded a scholarship for songwriting from the prestigious Song Writers Hall of Fame. Not only is he taking on the role of President, he also has an artist's perspective with the experience of releasing commercial music. He is also a member of the Prominent American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). And with 6 years of experience, research, and development INJT Inc has a leading edge on being independently owned and operated.

INJT Inc is also launching three separate entities under the parent company which include: INJT Records, which records music for artists signed to the INJT imprint and distributes thier product into the commercial market; INJT Management oversees the management, promotion, and marketing for artists signed to INJT Records; INJT Publishing, licenses product for authors and composers to be published and placed into radio, TV media, and retail.
